Whereas the below-named applicants/accused were remanded to your custody under a warrant issued by the learned Consumer Protection Judge/Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Jacobabad, to face trial under Section 381-A PPC. Subsequently, the record and proceedings were transferred to this Court from the said Court pursuant to an administrative order of general transfers issued by the Honourable Sessions Court, Jacobabad.
The record reflects that both accused have been granted bail, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) and a personal recognizance (P.R.) bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court. The applicants/accused have duly furnished the required surety and P.R. bond before this Court.
