Whereas, learned advocate for applicant/accused namely Sajjad S/O Gul Muhammad @ Gullo, by caste Machi & Rizwan S/O Inayat Ali Brohi, has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail of aforementioned applicants/accused. After hearing the arguments the bail is granted to the said applicants/accused, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicants/accused before this court, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicants/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The P.R bond of applicants/accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused on it. Accused be directed to appear before this Court on 02.07.2025 at 08-30 A.M without fail for facing his trial.
