SUBJECT:        RELEASE OF ACCUSED RAHEEM BUX ALIAS RAHEEMON ALIAS ALI RAZA ALIAS YOUNUS ALIAS BADAL S/O DAYAM KHAN B/C KHASKHELI , IN CRIME NO. 93/2025 OF POLICE STATION HUSSAINABAD, U/SECTION 399,401 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Petition was filed before the High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad on behalf of accused RAHEEM BUX ALIAS RAHEEMON ALIAS ALI RAZA ALIAS YOUNUS ALIAS BADAL S/O DAYAM KHAN B/C KHASKHELI and upon hearing Mr. Tahir Roshan Mashoori, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Abdul Qayoom Memon, DDPP for the state, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

 And whereas the required surety has been furnished and Mst. Basran W/o Daim Khan has stood surety for the accused.

                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused RAHEEM BUX ALIAS RAHEEMON ALIAS ALI RAZA ALIAS YOUNUS ALIAS BADAL S/O DAYAM KHAN B/C KHASKHELI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
