The State, bail granted in the sum of Rs:100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Thousand only) to the satisfaction of this court, in above subject case/crime. One deponent namely Hoshyaro s/o Sodho, by caste Bullo, r/o Nebahoo Bullo, Taluka Khangarh, District Ghotki, appeared and filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named applicant/accused, in the sum of Rs.100,000/-, which has provisionally been accepted by this court.
You are therefore, directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, if he is no more required in some other case/crime.
