Whereas, the above named applicant/accused has been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, vide order dated 25.06.2025 passed in C.P No D-355 of 2025, in the above afore said Crime subject to his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. Petition/Accused has been furnished his solvent surety before Learned Additional Registrar Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused Muhammad Ishaque @ Saad in the above mentioned crime forthwith, if, he is no more required in any other custody case/crime by any Court of law. The applicant/accused be directed to appear before this Court on 15.07.2025 at 08:30 to face his trial, without fail.
