Whereas, accused namely Tehmoor Shah son of Mohsin Shah by caste Syed whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections under the remand warrant of this court. This court has granted bail to the above named accused persons on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Afaque Hussain Shah son of Qamaruddin Shah by caste Syed r/o village Syed Niaz Muhammad Shah Taluka & District Ghotki has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in other case/crime with directions to accused to apear before this court on 17.07.2025 at 08.30 AM without fail.
