Whereas, bail has been granted to blow named applicant/accused which is provenally accepted in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- in Criminal Bail application No. 17/2025. vide order dated 09.07.2025 Re. Azizzullah Chandio and others for offence u/s 392, and 34-PPC in Police Crime No. 21/2025 of P.S B-Section Shahdadkot. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of blow named applicant/ accused, which is accepted. You are, therefore, required to release the blow named accused person forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The bail bond is enclosed herewith same be return to this Court within three days after taking signature/LTI of the accused. The matter is already fixed on 23-07-2025. The accused person should be bound down to appear before this Court on the above said date of hearing without fail.
