Whereas, the above cited Criminal Petition was filed before the High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad on behalf of accused MIR MUHAMMAD BURIRO S/O ABDUL QADIR and upon hearing Mr. Shoukat Ali Bhurgari, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Abdul Qayoom Memon, DDPP for the state, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and Nazeer has stood surety for the accused.
