Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 14th July, 2025 the accused Mumtaz Hussain son of Khuda Bux by caste Baladi 2. Ali Gohar son of Ali Gul by caste Jamro in Crime No.88/2024, Offence U/S 9(1)(d)control of Narcotic substances(Amendment) Act,2022 PS Kumb are convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section 9(1)(d)control of Narcotic substances(Amendment) Act,2022 and sentenced them to suffer Imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.200,000/=each(two hundred thousand rupees). In default of payment of fine, accused shall suffer S.I for one year more. Both accused are extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.PC and period of detention shall be deducted from his sentence.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Khairpur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
