Whereas above named accused submitted bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail, same bail application has been allowed, this Court has granted bail after arrest to above named accused person in solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 10,000/-only (Rupees Ten thousand only) with P.R. bond in the like amount, surety namely Muhammad Noman son of Muhammad Mubeen has furnished the required surety before this Court on behalf of accused person, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused person in above mentioned case crime, forthwith, if he is no more require in any other case/crime, after causing his P.R bond in sum of Rs:10,000/- only (Rupees Ten thousand only) for appearance before this Court on: 21-07-2025 at 08:30a.m, without fail.
