WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicants/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.30/2025 U/S 324, 147,148,149,114,504, 337-A(i),337-F(i) PPC of PS Nangarparkar and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousands) each with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicants/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousands) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
