SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED MEER MUHAMMAD S/O ABDUL SATTAR, BURIRIO IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.1922/2025,(MEER MUHAMMAD VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.106/2025 OF P/STATION QASIMABAD, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 23-1(a) OF SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MEER MUHAMMAD S/O ABDUL SATTAR, BURIRIO and upon hearing Pervaiz Imdad Soomro, Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one MUHAMMAD BUX S/O ABDUL SATTAR has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MEER MUHAMMAD S/O ABDUL SATTAR, BURIRIO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
