SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF APPLICANT/ACCUSED 01. RAJAB ALI JAMALI S/O MUHAMMAD SIDDIQUE JAMALI & 02. ABDUL QADIR S/O MOULA BUX JAMALI IN BA NO.700/2025, RAJAB ALI & ANOTHER VERSUS THE STATE, IN CRIME NO.34/2025, U/S: 324, 353, 344 OF PS: SARHARI.

            Whereas, learned advocate for applicant/accused 01. Rajab Ali S/O Muhammad Siddique Jamali & 02. Abdul Qadir S/O Moula Bux Jamali, has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail of aforementioned applicants/accused. After hearing the arguments the bail is granted to the applicants/accused, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- for each (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicants/accused before this court, which has been accepted.

                        You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicants/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The P.R bond of applicants/accused are enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused on it. Accused be directed to appear before trial Court without fail for facing their trial.
