Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Irshad s/o Muhammad Alam by caste Jatoi, vide order dated:- 17.07.2025, in Cr. Bail Application in Sessions Case No. 945/2024, re Irshad Jatoi Versus The State, u/s 324, 353, 148, 149, 449-PPC, bearing Police Crime No. 48/2025 of PS Sijawal, in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before concerned trial Court.
