Whereas, the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has granted bail to the accused mentioned below in C.P No.710 of 2025 vide order dated: 08.07.2025 with directed to the applicant/accused subject to furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (in words rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of leaned trial court.
You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in some other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond in the equal amount Rs.50,000/- (in words rupees fifty thousand) for his appearance before this court on 05.08.2025, positively and certify the execution of this writ and sent the bond to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this letter.
