Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.

                   Whereas, on receipt of order dated: 17.07.2025, passed by the  Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad in C. P No. D-1108 of 2025, Re-  Pir Aijaz Vs The State & another another, whereby the petition stands  allowed. Petitioner admitted to post arrest bail in the respect of underlying FIR bearing crime No. 31/2025 of P.S Rukkan, U/S 9 (1) 3 ( c) of the Sindh Control of Narcotics Substances Act, 2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount of satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

                  And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished by one namely Pir Farhaz son of Peer Balidino, R/o  Village Peer Rakhial, Taluka and District Dadu in the sum of Rs.500,00/-(Rupees fifty thousand)  to the satisfaction of this Court.

               You are, therefore directed to release the below named applicant/accusedfro  m your jail custody at once, if  he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs.50,00/-(Rupees thirty thousand) and submit such P.R Bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend this Court on  23.07.2025
