Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Aqeel Ahmed son of Abid Hussain by caste Khokhar vide B.A dated 22.07.2025 in Crl. Bail Application No.21/2025 Re- Aqeel Ahmed Khokhar V/S The State for the offence under section 392, 511 and 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No.26/2025 of PS Behram, in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before this Court on 25.07.2025 at 08-30 am positively.
