Whereas, accused Jahanzeb alias Rajoo s/o Zafar Ahmed, by caste Gabole, whom you hold into your jail custody in the above mentioned case/crime, has been granted bail by the court of Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur in Cr.B.A No.S-449 of 2025 Re-Jahanzeb Gabol Vs. The State, bail granted in the sum of Rs:100,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) to the satisfaction of this court, in above subject case/crime. One deponent namely Bakhtiar Khan s/o Zafar Ahmed, by caste Gabole, r/o Mohalla Benzir Colony, Taluka and District Ghotki, appeared and filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, in the sum of Rs.100,000/-, which has been accepted by this court.
