Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Amjad Ali s/o Toufique Ahmed by caste Khuhawar, vide order dated:- 15.07.2025, in Cr. Bail Application No. 935/2025, re Amjad Ali Khihawar Versus The State, u/s 295, 295-A, 295-B, 436-PPC, bearing Police Crime No. 06/2025 of PS Behram, in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before concerned trial Court.
