Subject:         RELEASE WRIT

                       WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused person in the above noted case and crime are confined in your jail.

                        AND WHEREAS, a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C. was filed by the advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused person before the Honorable High Court of Sindh, Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad, vide order dated:10.07.2020 subject to furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs.100,000/-.

                        AND WHEREAS, the required surety was furnished and the same was accepted by this Court and release writ was issued to you vide this office letter No.1469/2020 dated:07.08.2020, but subsequent to that accused was arrested in the another FIR and sent to jail, in the meanwhile surety of accused appeared and filed an application for withdrawal of surety and same was accepted.

                        AND WHEREAS, fresh surety on behalf of accused has been furnished by one Faraz Ali S/O Faiz Muhammad in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Thousand Only) with P. R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court which has been accepted.

                        You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused person forthwith, if he is not required in any other case after obtaining P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Thousand Only) for appearance before this Court on 28.07.2025 at 0830 AM and return this writ duly executed to this Court within 3 days after receipt whereof.
