Whereas, learned counsel for the accused filed application for sending intimation wherein stated that accused is still confined in prison and has not been bailed out from prison in this case. Hence, application was placed before the Honourable District Judge, Karachi West who issued direction to issue intimation regarding accused.
It is therefore intimated that the accused has already been granted bail by this Honourable Court and surety is still intact, hence, you are hereby required to release the accused SAMEER SON OF NOOR HUSSAIN forthwith, in above referred case as well as bail, if he is not more required in any other case/custody matter.
