Whereas, on receipt of order dated: 10.07.2025, passed by the Honoruble High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana in C. P No. 616 of 2025, Re- Suhail Ahmed Bughio VS The State, whereby the petition is allowed. Petitioner Suhail Ahmed Bughio is ordered to be released on bail upon furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount of satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished by one namely Sumair son of Baz Muhammad Bughio, R/O Village Dhani Bux Bughio, Taluka K.N Shah and District Dadu, in the sum of Rs.500,00/-(Rupees fifty thousand) to the satisfaction of this Court.
