Whereas, the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has granted post arrest bail to the accused mentioned below in C.P No.D-956-2025 vide order dated: 22.07.2025 with directed to the applicant/accused subject to his furishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (in words rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount before the this Court. The accused/applicant has furnished required surety.
You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in some other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond in the equal amount Rs.50,000/- (in words rupees fifty thousand) each for his appearance before this court on 05.08.2025, positively and certify the execution of this writ and sent the bond to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this letter.
