SUBJECT:        RELEASE OF ACCUSED (1) MUHAMMAD IMRAN @ UMO S/O MUHAMMAD NIZAM (2) MUHAMMAD ASIF @ CHINA S/O MUHAMMAD IQBAL, IN CRIME NO. 205/2025 OF POLICE STATION MARKET, U/SECTION 353,324,34 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed before this Court on behalf of accused (1) MUHAMMAD IMRAN @ UMO S/O MUHAMMAD NIZAM (2) MUHAMMAD ASIF @ CHINA S/O MUHAMMAD IQBAL and upon hearing Mr. Shahid Ali Mangrio, Advocate for the applicants and Mr. Abdul Qayoom Memon, DDPP for the state, has granted bail to the said accused persons in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

 And whereas the required surety has been furnished and Muhammad Faisal has stood surety for the accused persons.

                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused (1) MUHAMMAD IMRAN @ UMO S/O MUHAMMAD NIZAM (2) MUHAMMAD ASIF @ CHINA S/O MUHAMMAD IQBAL from your custody forthwith if they are not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount for their appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
