SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED SARWAT @ TONI S/O SYED WAHEED SHAH IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.2276/2025, (SARWAT @ TONI VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.90/2024 OF P/STATION FORT, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 462-I PPC, 39-A ELECTRICITY ACT, 1910.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SARWAT @ TONI S/O SYED WAHEED SHAH and upon hearing Rukhsana Memon, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one SYED DANIYAL SHAH S/O SYED WAHEED SHAH has stood surety for both accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SARWAT @ TONI S/O SYED WAHEED SHAH from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
