Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicants/accused namely Raju S/o Sono Khan Chandio in this Court after hearing the learned APG and advocate for applicant/accused has granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One lac) with PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One lac) with P.R bonds in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Raju S/o Sono Khan Chandio from jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bonds in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One lac) from him and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicant/accused be directed to join investigation.
