Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 31 July, 2025 the accused Imtiaz son of Mohammad Hayat Narejo in Crime No.51/2024, Offence U/S 324,353,398,401 PPC PS Khuhra is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section U/S 324,353,398,401 PPC and sentenced him to suffer Imprisonment for ten (10) years for the offence punishable under section 324 PPC and also convict accused under section 265-H(2) Cr.P.C and sentence him to suffer Imprisonment for two (2) years for the offence punishable under section 353 PPC, and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/=(ten thousand).In default of payment of fine, accused shall suffer S.I for one month more. And also convict accused under section 265-H(2) Cr.P.C and sentence him to suffer Imprisonment for Seven (07) years, for the offence punishable under section 398 PPC, also convicted under section 265-H(2) Cr.P.C and sentence him to suffer Imprisonment for Seven(07) years for the offence punishable 401 PPC and to pay fine of ten thousand in default of payment of fine, accused shall Imprisonment for month more.The Sentences awarded to accused shall run concurrently.Accused is extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.PC and period of detention shall be deducted from his sentence.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail,Khairpur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
