Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 31 July, 2025 the accused Muhbat Ali son of Mohammad Bachal by caste khaskheli in Crime No.160/2024, Offence U/S 9(3)(c)control of Narcotic substances(Amendment) Act,2022 PS B-Section Khairpur is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section 9(3)(c)control of Narcotic substances(Amendment) Act,2022 and sentenced him to suffer Imprisonment for nine (9) years and to pay fine of Rs.4,00,000/=(four hundred thousand rupees). In default of payment of fine, accused shall suffer S.I for three months more. Accused is extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.PC and period of detention shall be deducted from his sentence.
This is to authorize and require to you the District Jail, Khairpur to receive the writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
