Whereas, accused Ali Ahmed s/o Juman by caste khakhrani was convicted under section 265-H(2) Cr.P.C for an offence punishable under section 9(3)(C) CNS Act 1997( Crime No.39/2025 of Police Station Taluka( Second Amendment bill 2022 of CNS Act 1997) and sentenced him to suffer R.I for 11-years and to pay fine of Rs.1,60,000/-(One Lac, sixty thousand) in default of payment thereof he shall suffer S.I for 06-months more with benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C vide Judgment dated.14.10.2024.
And whereas, the appellant/accused has preferred an appeal before Honourable High court of Sindh Circuit Court, Larkana bearing No.D-61/2024 (Re: Ali Ahmed khakhrani V/S the state) in which the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court, Larkana has set-aside the said conviction and allowed the appeal of appellant vide judgment dated.29.07.2025. You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime.
