Whereas, the below-named convict prisoner has been quitted by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana vide Judgment dated 15.07.2025 passed in Cr. Jail Appeal No. D-12 of 2021 after accepting the compromise between the parties under Section 345(6) Cr.P.C., subject to furnishing a surety bond equivalent to the officially determined Diyat amount to the satisfaction of the trial/this Court. And whereas, the required surety bond on behalf of the below-named convict prisoner has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below-named convict prisoner in the case/crime mentioned below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime.
