The accused named below has been convicted in the below mentioned case/crime vide judgment dated.08.08.2025. the accused Azhar Ali son of Abdul Rasheed Rajper convicted under section 245(2) Cr.P.C for offence punishable under section 3 of the Sindh Child Marriage Restraint Act, 2013 to suffer imprisonment for two years and he is also sentenced to pay fine PKR: 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Rupees) and in case of default of payment, he shall suffer S.I for the period of Six (06) months more”.
