WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named both applicants/accused has filed application bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in crime No.07/2025, under sections 324,147,148,149,504,114,452,337-A(vi), 337-A(i), 337-F(vi), 337-L(ii) PPC of Police Station Chelhar before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas and after hearing the advocate for both applicants/accused and Deputy Prosecutor General Sindh for the state, Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas has granted bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named both applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case by any other Court, after causing thier P.R bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each with direction to appear before this Court on 13.08.2025 at 8.30 am without fail, and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing their signature within two days to this Court for record.
