WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.14/2025 U/S 376 PPC of PS Chelhar and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousands) with direction to join the investigation and appear before this Court on 13-08-2025 @ 8:30 A.M, and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing his signature within two days to this court for record.
