WHEREAS accused / applicant (i) RASHID S/O Muhammad ARMAN, (ii) Muhummad Ammar S/O Muhammad Essa are admitted on bail against the sum of Rs.30,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount. The above named accused was remanded by the Judicial Magistrate / trail Court Karachi West.

            The accused as per Huliya Form having mark of Identification i.e. nil.

  Whereas the accused above named has / have been furnished surety in this Court in the sum of Rs.30,000 /-each.

            You are hereby directed to release the following accused / applicant (i) Paras Khan S/O Umer Posheen, (ii) Muhammad Yousof S/o Major Khan are Forthwith if he / they is / are no more required in any other custody cases under intimation to this Court without fail, after causing personal bond recognizance of Rs.30,000/= EACH the executed by the said accused before the Superintendent Central Prison / District Jail Malir / Youthful Offender School and to certify execution by endorsement on the back of the writ and return the writ duly endorsed together with recognizance within two days from the receipt of the release, you are also required to direct the accused to appear before this Court on 24-08-2025.
