Whereas this Court has granted bail of applicant/accused namely Munawar Ali son of Allah Ditto by caste Mazari, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One lac only) for the satisfaction of this Court;
And whereas one deponent, Maqsood Ahmed son of Allah Ditto by caste Mazari R/O Village Peer Bux Khambhra Taluka Ubauro, District Ghotki, has submitted an affidavit along with original DSC of Rs.100,000/ one lac as surety for the accused named above, which has been duly accepted by this Court;
