Whereas, the above named accused was convicted by the court of Learned II- Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate Khairpur Mirs. and he was remanded to you to serve out his sentence for foofence punishable under section 489-F-PPC to suffer R.I for three year and to pay fine of Rs: 45000/- in case of failure to pay fine he will suffer S.I for six month more dated 16.07.2025 issued by learned Court. Thereafter, appellant/convict preferred Criminal Jail Appeal by this Court, in which the appeal of appellant/convict is allowed, however, the sentence awarded to him is reduced to the one already undergone with directions that he may be released forthwith, if not required in any other case.
You are, therefore, hereby required to comply the above Relese Writ of above named accused.
