Ghulam Qadir s/o Muhammad Arif @ Harif, all by caste Samejo, whom you hold in your jail custody under conviction warrant/slip dated 04.08.2025, issued by court of learned Civil Judge/J.M, Daharki have been acquitted by this court today viz: 13.08.2025 in terms of section 345(6) -Cr.P.C, in above cited case/crime, by way of compromise.
