Muhammad Bux s/o Khair Muhammad, all by caste Samejo, whom you hold in your jail custody under conviction warrant/slip dated 04.08.2025, issued by court of learned Civil Judge/J.M, Daharki have been acquitted by this court today viz: 13.08.2025 in terms of section 345(6) -Cr.P.C, in above cited case/crime, by way of compromise.
You are hereby, required and authorized to release the above named accused/convicts from your jail custody forthwith if they are no more required in other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court, without fail.
