Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely 1.Jagoo @ Sajid S/o Ashique Ali & 2.Israr @ Iqrar S/o Muhammad Siddique Panhwer in this Court after hearing the learned APG and advocate for applicants/accused has granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (Rupees Fifty thousand each) with PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each (Rupees Fifty thousand each) with P.R bonds in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely 1.Jagoo @ Sajid S/o Ashique Ali & 2.Israr @ Iqrar S/o Muhammad Siddique Panhwer from jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) from him and send the same to this Court for office record.
