Whereas, the above accused named below has been filed bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C through his counsel, which is allowed subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. Thereafter brother of accused filed criminal Revision before the court of Honourable District & Sessions Judge Naushahro Feroze for the reduction of surety, which is allowed and surety was reduced in the sum of Rs.15,000/- insteaded of Rs.30,000/- vide order dated 12.08.2025. thereafter surety holder namely Shahnawaz appeared and stood surety documents in the sum of Rs.15,000/-, which is accepted.
