WHEREAS, this Court convicted and sentenced accused 1. Adam s/o Qamaruddin Jafferi, and he is convicted U/S 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C under Tazir and sentenced to Rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lac) and in case of failure thereto, he shall suffer six months S.I more. The accused Adam shall also pay compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/= (Rupees five lac) to the legal heirs of the deceased and in case of failure thereto, he shall suffer further SI for one year more, however, the benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to the accused. The period of detention suffered during the trial shall be deducted from the term of his sentence. The accused 1. Adam s/o Qamaruddin Jafferi, preferred appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana. The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has been pleased to order that “ The impugned judgment dated. 21.02.2024 arising out of Crime No. 09/2018 under section 302, 337-H2,114,148,149, PPC registered at Police Station Sulant Kot (Re-state v. Sajjan and others) to the extend of conviction and sentence of the appellant was set aside. The pauper appellant Adam Jafferi was in custody, therefore, was ordered to be released forthwith, if not required to be detained in any other case.” Judgment dated. 25.07.2025, passed in criminal jail appeal No.06 of 2024.
YOU ARE, therefore, directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime.
