WHEREAS, the above named applicant/accused was remanded to your jail under the warrant Court of Civil Judge and J.M-I, Kotdiji convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Sohail Ahmed Khoso Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state this Court ordered that the applicant/accused named above be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court and whereas the said applicant/accused named above has /have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the applicant/accused forthwith (unless they/he are/is no more required byyou in any other case/crime) from your custody and after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs:200,000/- each and be executed for his appearance to this Court on and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
