WHEREAS, Applicant/accused namely Bilawal Khan s/o Mehboob Khan is granted the Bail in above noted case/crime subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount , and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named applicant/accused has been furnished as required.
You are, therefore, required to release the accused above named forthwith if he is not required in any other custody matter after obtaining a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/- only to be executed by the said applicant/accused before you, the Superintendent Central Prison, Karachi, and to certify the execution on by endorsement bond to this Court within three days from the receipt thereof.
