Whereas; the Advocate for applicant/accused has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C, through his counsel, for grant of bail in above case & crime and this Court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused, ADPP for State, has granted bail to the above named accused vide order dated 13.12.2023, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac with P.R bond in the like amount. And whereas, the above named Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety with P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court, which is accepted.
You are, therefore, hereby directed & authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case by any Court. Accused be directed to appear before this Court on date of hearing viz: 20.12.2023 at 8:30 a.m. The P.R. bond is enclosed herewith, the same be returned to this Court, after obtaining signature/L.T.I of above named accused, as soon as possible, for record.
