The above named accused filed bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C through his counsel which was allowed subject to furnishing solvent surety of Rs.20,000/- with PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated 11.03.2024. Subesquently learned counsel for the applicant/accused filed an application for reduction of surety before the Court of Honorable Sessions Judge Naushahro Feroze, which was allowed vide order dated 19.03.2024 with directions to submit surety documents before this Court in the sum of Rs.5000/-. Today i.e 20.03.2024 surety holder namely Meer Hassan Son of Shahabuddin appeared and stood the surety document on the behalf of below named accused. You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused/UTP, forthwith if he is no more required in any other crime/case. You are further directed to inform the below named accused to appear before this Court on 28.03.2024 at 08:00 am, without fail.
