Whereas, learned advocate for applicant / accused namely Wazir S/O Nasrullah Brohi, has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail of above named applicant/accused after hearing the arguments the bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 300,000/- (Rupees Three Lac only) with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused before this court, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if he is not required in any other case. The P.R bond of accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused on it.
