Whereas UTP/accused namely Sudheer @ Jameel s/o Qadeer Agani, was facing trial before this Court in Session Case NO. 270/2023 re-State Versus Sudheer and others, Offence under section 302,364,34 PPC, Crime No. 12/2022 of P.S. Mahota. The Case was kept in abeyance by this court vide order dated 12.03.2024. Today solvent surety furnished on behalf of accused Sudheer @ Jameel Agani in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac) with P.R. bond. which is accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other Custody case/crime, with direction to accued to attend this court as and when required.
