Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/BAIL  INTIMATION.

                       The accused named below has been accused person has moved application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas in the above mentioned case and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the above named both accused persons bail have been granted to the above named both accused persons subject to their furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- each(One Lac) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.

                        And whereas the above named both accused persons have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- each (One Lac) each with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.

                        You are, therefore, directed to release the above named both accused persons forthwith if they are not required in the any case crime by the any other court after causing their P.R. bond in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- each (One Lac) for their appearance before this Court on the date of hearing. 27.03.2024, at 08.30 a.m, without fail and the same are submitted to this court within two days for record, without fail.
