WHEREAS, in the above cited case, the accused Muhammad Ali S.O Mumtaz has voluntarily pleaded his guilt, as such, accused is convicted u/s 245(ii) Cr.P.C., and sentenced for committed offence punishable under section 380/34 PPC for period which he has already under gone as under trial prisoner and to pay fine of Rs.1000/- and in case of default in payment of fine, he shall suffer five days more. The accused is also extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C. for the period under which he has already undergone.
Accused is produced by the jail authority and he is remanded back to jail to serve out aforementioned sentence awarded to him.
You are therefore, directed to receive the accused Muhammad Ali S.O Mumtaz along with conviction warrant into your prison and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law and release him in above-noted matter if not required in other matter.
