Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 18.03.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Hajjan S/o Rasool Bux Supro in Crl.B.A No.15/2024, in Re-Hajjan Supro Versus The State, for offence U/S 452, 496-A, 34 PPC, Crime No. 43/2024 of P.S PP Kamber city, in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- Thirty thousand rupees and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this Court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the applicant/accused, in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after taking his P.R bond.
